This pandemic has made us witness numerous intimate weddings but this one\’s certainly special as, this couple\’s love story started in LA and their happily ever after began right after the pandemic hit. The couple wanted a simple and an elegant wedding where, the bride chose a pristine white lehenga for her big day. It was a close knit affair planned by the bride herself.

Jinal and Mrunal\’s love story

The couple met through a \’bachpan ka dost\’. Never in India, but in Los Angeles, CA. The two became friends, then best friends, chilled together. Went on trips, fell in love, dated for 4 years, lived together and then COVID happened! They had to return to India due to the pandemic, which was like a blessing in disguise. That\’s when Jinal and Mrunal\’s happily ever after begun.

Jinal and Mrunal\’s intimate wedding in Mumbai

Jinal and Mrunal tied the knot in a close knit ceremony at The Lalit, Mumbai. Jinal wanted her wedding to be a minimalist affair.The wedding festivities began with the mehendi function. She wore a Ritu Kumar\’s Rust & Olive Embroidered Blouse with Skirt, Draped Dupatta & a Belt.

For her haldi outfit, Jinal picked a Yellow lehenga from Saundh India. The ensemble is crafted in raw silk with gold jacquard and a stunning Suzani Dupatta.

A gorgeous white lehenga for wedding!

After exploring hundreds of designers and stores in Mumbai and online, Jinal decided to design her own wedding outfit with the help a freelance designer – Rayasha. and got it custom made. Her white lehenga is something we cant take our eyes off of!

Jinal looked stunning in a white lehenga which she paired with a gold neckpiece and a simple maang tikka. Mrunal wore an ivory sherwani with a ruby garland to add a pop of colour to the outfit.
